@NightWishMarch2008 They're just boiled eggs in vinnegar or salt water. (I think, mostly vinnegar in the US.) Spices are added. Where I come from, it's salt water with caraway but I think, it varies a great deal with country or even region.

There's nothing wrong with pickled eggs, they are a traditional bar snack in certain countries as well as on pirate ships and such. The thing is that nowadays people hear the words "pickled eggs" and judge it as gross for no reason. Personally I think they're a delicious healthy snack. Americans are stupid.

Do they have bodies back on the Home Planet? They always refer to "purple tubes," but then they also call the Big Giant head a "he," he has a big giant head (indicating a body), and Sally and Dick once argue over one of them not having helped the other one move once. Plus, to build their technology you'd need some kind of body. Sally also once mentions getting a degree in inplanetary exploration or something.

...or am I just thinking about it a wee bit too much?
