im not even a personal trainer, but i have done sports my entire life, & i can give you a tip, standing on that ball like that with all that equipment around, could be a major mistake. think about it.
Watchdawg your right ! He was fully aware of his surroundings,. I don't think he would have done it, since he did think about it. But maybe i should have put a warning for others.
