I remember, if you happen to own the collector's dvd set of Cowgirl Daisy you'll know too, as it was in the script editors' unvengeful bynotes passtime hobbykit.

Turns out it was in a box, however IT never existed, the box on the other hand was very much there the entire duration of the discussed time period.
