Base the population on 200,000,000 (1905s) and he said they were abducting 10% when they made an agreement to allow the ETs to abduct a small amount of people which could mean 1/100 or much less. Then he went on to say they found out it was a million more remembering this was in the 50s, which seems crazy but considering now in 2011 It is estemated that up to 10% of the US population believes they have been abducted!

His numbers just don't make sense. If we use a base population of 50,000,000, he said that it was agreed upon that 10% of the population was allowed to be abducted. That would give us an abductee count of some 5,000,000. He then states that the aliens break the treaty and abduct at rate exceeding that agreed by 1,000,000. The aliens have now abducted 5,000,000,000,000 people! Smells like a big ol' load of bullshit to me.
