Scientific fact, There is no Atmosphere on the Moon so there can't be life to live on the Moon unless you use some kind of Dome that can provide those features in order to survive, but that kind of Technology is long away our time we may never be able to achieve that kind of Technology. Plus the moon is unable to be inhabited by lack of Atmosphere, and water. plus its not a place I'd want to be on so less likely we wouldn't find life on the Moon
