  • he's pretty good for a british actor hey should be in more american movies

  • @Steveirwin4477 he is scottis

  • I absolutely love when he clamps this teeth together! (0:19) I loved when he did it as the Doctor!

  • I love his natural Scottish accent so much! They should let him use it in films.

  • Guys, he is looking forward to the avengers... all of my fandoms are coming together.

    I. Am. So. Happy.

  • The Doctor said Gatorade :P

  • This is the first time I hear David Tennant's real voice (I'm a foreigner so I only heard his translated voice)

    AND I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING !!

    Oooh David <3

  • Sexy tennant in eyeliner and a vampire slayer.

    Turn on and... Melt

  • I've wanted to see Fright Night since before I knew David was in it, but he just makes me wanna see it more!

  • I don't get it. Was fright night a box office flop?

  • @StupidBoyComics no way! it was freaking amazing and it did pretty well.

  • I had to pause the video to laugh whenever he said 'um' because it was so funny yet sooooo adorable

  • i'm a strait male, and david tennant is hot

  • Lovely Scottish accent <3

  • sexy sexy sexy!!!

  • David Tennant in eyeliner *melt*

  • I love the facial hair from the first scene!! He looks gooooooood ( not that he doesn't anyways ) ;-)

  • I was just watching this video randomly, shirtless man comes around the corner, OMG David Tennant shirtless O_O

  • He's looking forward to the Avengers! Let the fangirling commence.

  • I loved Fright Night. Gonna have to watch some Dr. Who now.

  • Wow, me & David have the same taste in movies! I love the movie Withnail & I. I am a huge Richard E. Grant fan. I love David even more after watching this & I didn't think that was possible. Roddy McDowall was great as Peter Vincent & so is David. They both did an excellent job. Totally different. I only watched this movie for David. Thanx for posting. David is Gorgeous!

  • I think I'm in love with this man :) I can't wait to watch this movie and I usually hate scary movies with a passion!

  • @fieldhockeylover1994 the movie really wasn't scary.

  • FUCK I never knew Tennant was the main guy in this! Had I known I'd probably have watched this a half-dozen times in the theater! WHY DIDN'T THEY TALK MORE ABOUT THIS IN THE TRAILERS?!

  • @AntiChristAntiFail it was a pretty long wait to get to the david tennant scenes lol. it took like half the movie after that he was in it alot.

  • David Tennant is one of us. Gooba Gabba, Gooba Gabba!

  • Have to watch...this...movie...must...watch david...tennant...*fangirl squeal*

  • @Arella17 trust me when i watched it i heard a lot of those as i was watching it

  • Here's one, how do you contain all that sexiness without the universe cracking in half?

  • @Akirasmoo162 The TARDIS is real and he owns her...that's how...honestly

  • The original 'Fright Night' is my favorite vampire movie of all-time. All of the remakes to the horror classics of my childhood ('Nightmare on Elm Street', 'Halloween', 'Friday The 13th', etc.) have been horrible and embarrasing to the originals. I really thought this one would do the same. I was SO PLEASED that it turned out to be great. I like it almost as much as the original, and that's shocking to me. Tennant stole the movie, for me. The entire cast was good, but he was brilliant.

  • this is tennant hair porn

  • I live in Vegas, and I didn't even know they filmed some of it out here, and now I'm sad skdjfskdjflskdjf

  • There should be a sequel that somewhat revolves around Peter Vincent's past. Maybe meeting a vampire from when he was younger and he has to kill it but he can't because he loves them too much. It would be really interesting to see how Peter thinks, and plus, more David time.

  • Can I get pregnant from this video?

  • WHAT?! He went to New Mexico! I friggin live there...

  • David is a famous geek and I love it I respect you for being honest and David Y U NO SAY LORD OF THE RINGS :D

  • Somebody put this man in a fucking superhero movie.

  • I actually love how he avoids all things to do with The Doctor. Yes that put him on the map, to some people i.e. younger viewers but now he has moved on and done greater things. I look forward to seeing more from him :)

  • Must...go...see...fright...night...

    OMG!!!

  • just want to watch this because of David Tennant. :P

  • "what are you watching?"

    "fright night"

"I thought you hated vampire movies"

"I do. But David Tennant is in this one."

    "Who?"

"you just answered your own question."

  • @TheInsanityBunny Doctor.

  • Holy shit! He went from "No I don't do guns." to "Let's kill something!"

  • well daaaaayyyuuuuuum

  • I had no interest in watching Fright Night until I heard David Tennant was in it, I love everything he plays, how can anyone be so perfect, he can do anything and never look or sound bad.

  • He's in fright night?

  • Never mind Dr. Who. How about Dr. Wow!!

  • Scottish*

  • HE'S IRISH!?

  • @Supremed9 He's Scotish

  • @Supremed9 Scotish, however he does have irish blood

  • stupid phone doesn't let me know how many characters I have left in a message so lost part of my comment. Meh.. don't feel like wasting more time typing it up again.. besides phone is about to die

  • @Ciaran: Will you just take your childishness somewhere else and STFU already. Seriously, you first state your opinion like it's fact, then go on to say, "oh but many reputable reviewers also agree with me so... I must b rightz and ur allz b wrongz lolz!11! *stupidwinkyemoticon" Do you know wham an opinion is? Are you aware that we all have them? Even your "reputable reviewers" you're treating like almighty prophets or some crap. Doesn't make your opinion right and our opinion wrong... just mak

  • david tennant in another awesome movie!!! im already there hahaha

  • Why didn't they just hire Russell Brand instead of asking someone to act as Russell Brand?

  • The Doctor vs. a vampire, well you know who already won.

  • i wish i got to meet david when he was in my hometown of albuquerque NM

  • the one thing that bugs me about this movie is not the movie itself but the fact all the interviews i see are Colin Farrel..........yeah he was good but come on, David did an amazing job trying this new character role and succeeding immensely, not like colin farrel hasnt played a badass before its nothing new, yet hes getting more praise for it from what ive seen, its bullcrap

  • major fan of David Tennant, loved him as the doctor, loved him in the 4 part series single father, and loved him in fright night

  • I love how the fan questions are desperately trying to get him talk about Doctor Who and he's desperately trying to avoid doing so lol. Not that I think he is "over" playing the Doctor or anything, I just think he's trying to keep up the press and excitement for what he's doing now.

  • It's weird when I was watching this I still think of him as the doctor haha and in someways he still acts like the doctor in the film if I'm making any sense just a bit more violent haha

  • Hohoho The avengers hell yes

  • My Doctor.

  • @ProjectLonely David Tennants my favourite Doctor Who too in Doctor Who ProjectLonely. Hes so cool

  • WHY.ISN'T.HE.SMILING?

  • Om nomnom touching his nono's xD

  • 1. David Tennant is sexy.

    2. When he walked out and said, "I'm the..." I finished the sentence with 'Doctor' in my head.

    3. NONE of the characters he plays sit normally on anything.

    4. I am still not used to him being Scottish.

    5. Anton Yelchin - one of my favorites playing another character named Charlie.

    6. Hell yeah, TIME LORDS!

    7. I am really not to sure why this is numbered.

  • ABERCROMBIE SHIRT

  • @disparues

The only way he could have gotten that is because he's the Doctor. Only a Time Lord could withstand the toxic atmosphere in that place.

  • im with ya david, im really into this avenger stuff too

  • ha there's fright night trailers and doctor who stuff in the related!

  • *Pulls out Sonic Screwdriver*

  • LOL: "My glycemic index was destroyed, I'm sure."

  • ??? im confused on all the doctor questions he got. i mean i understand what they were saying but its been a good few years sense he's been the doctor and i don't see how him being the Doctor related to this film at all. to be honest i would hate to be an actor who continues on their career being known for the same character over and over again, i wonder if David feels the same way a bit.

  • I've seen this movie and I loved it! I'll see this again for sure! David has done amazing work with this character. All of his work is brilliant & a pleasure to watch!! Peter Vincent is a delightful character, fresh, funny, & a real bad-ass! I'm a fan of the original, this movie blew that one away! The entire cast brought new life to the characters of the story. Well done and ten stars from me! **********

  • I love how he praises one of my favorite writers from the beginning!!! Marti Noxon was excellent on Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV, not the movie)...DT looks AMAZING in this, I really want to see it soon!

  • Quite frankly, DT was one of the only reasons why I watched this movie. He's a brilliant actor, and every scene he was in, he just popped. :3

  • his accent is lovely.

  • A Dalek disliked this.

  • I love how DT uses almost the same voice as the Doctor in this film, if you close your eyes you can almost imagine a new adventure with DT

  • "You don't travel from one character to another" no you just regenerate into someone new

  • "lets kill something." i love this man!!!

  • I love how he stayed away from mentioning anything specific from Doctor Who.

  • I feel like such a dweeb for saying this, but I love the fact that the only other person I know of that likes the original Clash of the Titans, aside from me, is David Tennant XD I think I love him more now

  • @gothtigger92 love the original Clash Of The Titans as well, fantastic movie one of my faves to as a kid and also loved Indiana Jones and Star Wars. Also loved Labyrinth with David Bowie and Jennifer Conelly

    xx

  • @ShnickysGal lol. I love all of those too. The original 3 will always be the best as far as Star Wars goes. And Indiana Jones is AMAZING!... And Labyrinth.... I could watch that all day just to see David Bowie in those tights...;D

  • The worst part of this interview was when it ended. :( I could watch DT talk all day.

  • I can't believe he never seen the ORIGINAL Fright Night before then are you serious ?!?!

  • Not seen it just yet, but I have no doubt whatsoever that Tennant will be nothing more that amazing...and well he could wear a bin bag and we'd all still go to see him :) Leather pants, topless, drunk, Appendix scars and chest hair.....What MORE could we ask for :D...Oh I know....a date??

  • My husband and I got a private laugh out of the Midori. Midori cocktails were our favorite drinks when we were newlyweds. Love Fright Night!!!!!!

  • As if you didn't have it already, Mr. Tennant, you've earned the respect of the entire geek population. Thanks for years of the Doctor, and your great performance in "Fright Night." I loved it.

  • Lets kill something!

  • The best part of Fright Night: Mr. DT! :)

  • @SilAquarius Colin Farrell made the film to be honest, he was the best thing about it. Check the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so ;)

  • @CiaranVanDon wha? Thats nuts. Colin Farrell did a very typical acting job on his part. Its not exactly an obstacle for him to saunter around acting as a creepy semi-rapist. I think everyone in the cast really supported the movie. It was a remake of 1980s cult film, so theres a lot of typical monster movie troupes but I think incredibly entertaining.

  • @myRincon it wasn't a typical acting job it was his timing, his delivery, his subtle nuances and his menace that made the film, read the damn reviews mate. They all praise Farrell, no mention of Tennan ;)

  • @CiaranVanDon subtle? haha, right. Subtle has a heart attack. You could just as easily swap out Farrel for any other semi-brooding Hollywood archetype. And you don't need a review to tell you that.

  • @myRincon Look believe whatever you want but you can't look past what the reviews say about Farrell and I mean all of them even some of the more reputable ones ie New York times, Washington Post, The Chronicle, not to mention the English reviews so keep rambling!

  • @CiaranVanDon lulz!

  • Respond to this video... Oh and btw, NYTimes review not only mentions Tennant but credits his performance as a saving grace in the final scene. Reading is fundamental.

  • @myRincon I read alot of reviews where it said Tennant really fucked up the sinister nature of the film. The best scenes where those with Farrell and Yelchin and they where the most scary in nature for sure, Farrell rocks big lad!
