  • your form is so bad, your gona fuck your back up for life! i hate these retards in the gym who think they can lift big when there just putting unessecary strain and pressure on there body, lower the weight you tard and do it probably...you got nothing to prove doing what your doing..

  • Why is everyone giving you all theese hate comments i guarentee you 95 percent of theese people are either scrawny or fat. youre in great shape and people dont realize the type of dedication it takes to keep up this level of fitness.   • @fullyunderstand this was when i was just starting to deadlift, if you read the title i know my form is bad, just 1 rep, i typically go with a weight i can handle for more reps anyway..:)

  • I use a 5 foot bar for deadlifting. Is there a difference in using that versus 7 foot ones?? I have soem limitations at my home. I can not max out, but may be able at the community college I am going to. I wish I knew how much I could deadlift. Like those max calculators are okay, but I do not go above 10 reps my first set because I need energy for 2nd and 3rd. As far as I know I think i could do somewhere between 325-400 lbs

I am not the biggest person in the world but what I have done deserves respect, check out my latest picture update video called bodybuilding poser update, that deserves respect. It shouldnt matter if im 220, or 120....support goes a long way and I can see with you it doesnt. Hopefully you can change that, but thanks for watching the video!! keep training hard

  • i personally find that deadlifts feel strange using straps and while using them my form goes a little off too. using chalk i fand the lift feels more natural and you can still pull the same weight. try it out

  • I am fully aware you just went for the number there and that you know that your form on this wasn't perfect but you should be careful if you had back injuries. You seem pretty strong so if you just keep working on your DL with lower weight, you'll get to that 455 with perfect form, I have no doubt about that.

  • @15buzz15 thanks! I typically dont move much weight, in fact the only reason i film these is a little competition with a buddy...haha, i can pull 405 with decent form now, just working on it!

  • why put your hands in opposite directions if your using straps??

  • @PblGunReviewShow I actually have a bad cut on my hand, this way i didnt have to grab the weight as hard

  • @barthelfitness yeah but even if your hands are in the same dircetion your still using the same force to grip it as if you were using opposite grips, since you have straps

  • @27truckstick i am fully aware, just moving the weight...if you read the info you will see I am just starting deadlifts, form will come in time...i typically dont train with this weight, usually keep around 225

  • wow, I'm afraid to dead lift because I've seen my friend cry over a groin injury he acquired when trying to dead lift 480lbs. Do you recommend giving it a shot? Also if you power clean 315 does that help in dead lifting?

  • @illmatic702 yes it will use allot of muscle required in a deadlift...to be honest deadlift is a great strength exercise, i dont think it is needed for muscle developement.

  • Good job man, i think you need to bend your knees abit more towards the start of the lift so its more of a deadlift rather then a stiff leg dead lift maybe? I dunno..... and you spelt following wrong the description.

  • About 100 pounds more than I can do.. good job.. But do yourself a favor and lift in some flat shoes instead of those squishy running shoes.. I highly recommend squatting and deadlifting in converse.
