Extremely interesting monologue. I want to give the "goods" to someone who appreciates it the most. How do I find who has the deepest desire?? You are so right, people might not always tell the truth. I love that mechanism design draws the truth out of each individual. This philospophy can actually be allocated in every aspect of life. By the way, What are you drinking? It looks good!

Glenlivet ... Extracting desire would take some psychological prowess since it's not rooted in logic the same way truth is. Of course logic isn't the root of everything. I love your question and I shall spend time on it, but remember that Mech. Design is only as effective as the designer.
