No offense, but glass packs should only be put on a v-8..just sounds like a ricer on a v-6

@graffwriter17 glasspack is cherry bombs first muffler that they made and they have not changed it since they made it over 50 years ago. its pretty much a tube with insalation with air flowing straight through it. they are very loud and if put on the right vehicle can sound very good but if put on the wrong vehicle can sound very bad.

@shiznit480 and apparently committing federal crimes (removing emissions equipment) is ok with you? This truck hasn't run this exhaust in a few years, it now runs a supercharger on a rebuilt motor and it still runs the factory cats

@holyford86 I had strait pipes on my mustang but it does not need to meet emissions because I have historical tags but the cops were constantly pulling me over because of how loud it was.

@shiznit480 no it wouldn't a v6 has a higher pitch my dad has a 351 windser in his 91 ford f350 and it's a deep tone. my 94 ranger i had was straight pipe it didn't even come close to the sound of my dad's truck.

i would go w. the flow master it cost more but i like the deep roar it goves the 4.0 glass packs still sound good to. i have two under my 2.9 ranger. sounds ok. wish i had a flow master tho.

cherry in my opinion. Flowmasters are kinda... well look it up for yourself. I suggest cutting off two cats in the main pipe, and have a single cherry bomb with no tailpipe, if you want sound. Absolute thunder man.

damn sounds deep hey quick question i have a ranger as well wanted to lift her but what should i do crank the torsion or get the torsion keys or just upgrade to coil springs

if you crank torsions it will make the ride really rough and just mess alot up and it will need an alighnment

i would just go body lift or susp.

@truckman4x Depends on how much you crank them, I did it to my old 95 Explorer and only did it 2 inches and it rode just fine and didnt mess with any thing, yes i had to do an alignment but every thing was fine. If you go over 2 inches thats when you start having problums.

@gordonsandvig You could fit 30 inch tires with no lift whatsoever. This truck had no lift at this point and was fitting 31x10.5 tires easily
