  • It's VERY confusing the way she reads this...

in created (בראשית) she reads the hiriq as a long e (ee)...

in G♥D's name she also reads it as a long e (ee)...

in water (המים) she reads the hiriq as a long i (ii)...

That's VERY confusing... does this niqqudot have the same pronounciation, long e, in every word with every letter... or is this some type of variation??? like "i before e except after c", "hiriq is long e (ee) except under a yod"... LOL...

  • @danix803 Shalom, Thank you Dani (todah)

There is no length difference in Hebrew in pronunciation.

  • I really wanted to read the bible in Hebrew. Thank you so much for this!

  • @judyarellano Thank you!

  • @judyarellano Thank you!!!

  • I noticed an advertisement for your channel. I am interested in the original Hebrew translations of the Holy Bible, as I believe these would be the most accurate ones still available today. Although I strive to learn as much as possible about Jesus Christ and Bible prophecies, learning the Hebrew language would be difficult for me. Your teaching skills are excellent. Shalom!

  • HOW OR WHERE CAN FIND THIS IN SPANISH???

  • Do you guys teach with the proper Hebrew pronunciation too or only with modern one?

  • @Rodrj82 thats proper Hebrew. Weren't you paying attention?

  • @kingdomheart4ever

No, it isn't. Proper pronunciation is quite different. The one they are teaching here is the Modern one with an European accent.

I was asking if they teach it according to Middle Eastern traditions and pronunciation. Why should someone lean Hebrew with a Germanic-like pronunciation?

  • @Rodrj82 Oh ok xD I dont Hebrew thats why. My bad, sorry.

  • Todah (thanks). We use the modern pronunciation. (Sometimes you can hear a slight guttural pronunciation for the Chet and Ayin). This is the dominant pronunciation for Hebrew in Israel.

  • @Rodrj82 just to support you: In 1985 I studied Theology in my country, the tutor made a statement on biblical hebrew, which we all took as gospel. 26 years later hear I am listening to Sigal Zohar, and after a month of this, I have realised my tutor at that time didn't know what he was talking about. My lesson to you all is this: don't listen to a pratt who never bothered to talk the talk and walk the walk. For each person it is different, but you certainly have to take that walk.
