I seriously think I have a new favorite Megaman song. It used to be Wood Man's stage, since I loved the 8-bit version and all the remixes that people would make (Dangerous Mezachi Cat's rock version was incredible), but now I freakin love this song.

It is the same thing but with the NES sound system. The only thing he did was do the tracks with different instruments.

If you love this you have to give credit to the originals because this is 98% of this is directly form that song.

And I know that was the point but some people just do not give credit where it is due. Great job here and to the Capcom music team.

I like this version the most. When they were first showing the Megaman 9 trailers, this was the song that played, which made me think that it was the theme for that game - it had that kind of 'rushing urgency' feel about it that told you "Hell yeah, time to save the world again!"

The arrangements we got atm would be nice for a second arrange album, but I'd prefer to see something like III's previous works where they'd take the song and expand upon it. Instead of preforming a complete genre changing.

Definitely. ZX was cool, but ZX Advent struck me as lazy, Gigamix was boring and the MM9 arrangement is just... ugh. Hornet Man's theme had promise when the guitars kick in, but then crashes the second the melody played on a terrible synth comes careening on the scene.
