extended induction is great & I am happy that you are feeling great,
I think that kid is really wanting some air time, for some reason he knows when you are taping yourself,be nice now, you were a kid once. Find that kid's dad and beat the crap-ola out of him for letting his kid disrespect you...too much drama, I can't stand it any more Iz...end it now..:)
5 pound sticking to your eating plan and exercising.
keep going for that special goal, it is so worth it and mentally you are ready!
5lbs!!! - excellent result man, prettyy soon you wont be looking like an overweight crying grandma - man, no, you'll just look like a crying grandma - wont that be great? Respect man.
wow 5 lbs! that's amazing! you're really doing great! if i can give you one piece of advice.... it's great to have goals... but don't put a certain date on it.... your body is much to stubborn to give you what you want ;p I have a goal weight as well... but if I reach it this year or next year... I don't care... the most important thing is: you're working on it! I wish you the best of luck! You're looking great ;) xoxo
hi there! well done on the weight loss! don't get caught up in the goal of 30 before 9/30...just take it day by day and i hope you'll have a great week! what are 2 meals that you make that make induction a little easier?
I just wanted to give myself a challenge that I thought would take hard work, but also something I thought was attainable.
I got to tell ya... One of my main staples is Beef Tips along with either a little salad or I use dark leaf romaine lettuce for wraps with atkins acceptable condiments.
Another is salmon or grouper ( or any fish of your choice) wrapped with romaine lettuce again.
I will have to do a cooking video on it on how I prepare them.
The key to both dishes is that I no longer use a lot of spices when I cook them. I usually ONLY use cracked black pepper and "sea salt." It is not like other salt if you've not tried it before. You will not want to use any other if you do.
I don't avoid the spices so much as for some reason going back to the basics really pleased me. I love sea salt because it has a great salt flavor with out that salty taste that you get from table salt. Kosher salt is better than table, but imo it still does not compare to sea salt.
Have at it with the spices! They can really enhance the food and create a wide variety flavors for the same dishes so that they do not become humdrum. Funny I have not gotten tired of any of the foods I am eating.
you are really good looking. I like your style and hair. I am not trying to flurt. Just gotta' share my observations. Congratulations on your success again this week!! Yay!!

may I ask why you avoid the spices? I hope its not for bad reasons...I'm addicted to my cayenne and garlic powder :P
