You're welcome everyone. As a follow up to the video, the day I replaced the batteries I didn't see any improvement. I now suspect that we were parked in area with strong RF interference. Because, when we drove away and parked at a restaurant the fob worked great from a distance of over 50 feet. But, when we returned to the parking lot in which I had trouble with the fob, it would only work again right against the glass. That location is near a US Navy air base about a mile or 2 away.
I think your video is the best out. I own a c300 2009 and it worked.
