Well with common sense surely even if there was strict laws brought in surely all people from all beliefs and faiths and cultures would be subjected to the same laws not just based on peoples faith but on cultural and national identity.
This should even include social cultural groups such as LGBT if they spoke out against people of faith would this too be recognised as thought crime? even thought they are not a faith group but have beliefs
