  • where in the scripture it states what this pastor is using it for because based on what he is saying has nothing to do with this "The LORD of hosts will arouse a scourge against him like the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb; and His staff will be over the sea and He will lift it up the way He did in Egypt. 27 So it will be in that day, that [a]his burden will be removed from your shoulders and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke will be broken because of fatness. He is out of context.

  • Wonder how much that suit cost him.

  • @robertpoindexter. Except that GOD clearly states that people like him can and Should be slaves. So what part of GOD's words do you believe and what parts do you Dismiss. And who are YOU to dismiss what GOD says? Because he clearly says the people like Bishop Harry are to be Slaves. I'm not racist. I'm just trying to point out the fact that people pick and choose with the Bible. So STOP picking out Hate. Start realizing that the Bible is something that people dont follow except for hate

  • I like this guy

  • I disagree with every part of his politics. But this is a good word. Its funny how politics divides us, but Christ brings us together.

  • @robertpoindexter

I just have an honest question that I hope isn't taken personal. If his politics are based on Christ, how can you disagree with his politics? Personally I stand behind his politics because I stand on GOD's word. As far as personal views, I don't know his; but what I've seen of his politics they are based on the foundation of Christ.. Not trying to start irrelevant disputes, just would honestly like to know what it is you find about his politics that are not in line with Christ

  • @epidemic813 I guess I don't disagree with all of his politics. I am actually an independent liberal who is against abortion and same-sex marriage. But at times I disagree with his republicanism and the attachment that some on the right have made between their Christianity and Republicanism. I attended Oral Roberts University a major voice of the Religious Right. And often it was argued to be Christian is to be Republican. Therefore one must take all Republican ideas as their own.

  • @epidemic813 I also disagree with him on some of his writings on race. I don't think those views are based in Christ, I think they are simply his ideas. Ideas based in an aspect of conservatism I disagree with. If it makes any sense, this is a good clip. But I have seen him on television and read some of his writings and disagree. I assume you are conservative and I am sure I could show you a ten minute clip of Jeremiah Wright saying something you would agree with. But his politcs?

  • @robertpoindexter

haha Jeremiah Wright.. that man teaches a perversion of the gospel that is completely against Christ.

But I understand now. not sure what he has said about race, but he's a friend of my pastor and was here last weekend. he mentioned how it shouldn't be black church/white church it should just be the Body Of Christ and he spoke a powerful word of change. but if any of his politics were contrary to GOD's word I'd disagree too, I just haven't heard or seen any myself.

  • @epidemic813

but he did mention that he's actually a registered democrat, but because the democrats had continued in such Godless agenda he has been working with both sides of the aisle and supported a specific republican that he wouldn't name, he just wanted to prove the point that both sides are corrupt. Then he said the republicans are no different. He has a message where he says there is not Godly party, and we can not go on thinking republicans are godly just because they are conservative

  • @epidemic813 I see your a big fan of his. He writes on a conservative website. I forgot which one. His writings I disagree with. I don't want to knock him or to sound ugly. But I think he uses being registered as a democrat as an afront. It gets him in both circles. He's a Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity type conservative. He may have registered democrat years ago. But that was years ago.

  • @robertpoindexter

I'll look it up. I've just been introduced to him recently. When I heard that he was coming to my church I looked him up and found that he spoke for GOD's perspectives on issues like marriage. When I see someone that will speak the word of GOD without compromise I have a certain respect for them, not personally but because they stand for GOD. But I will look him up and check out his writings, because I don't believe in supporting someone you don't know about. Thanks
