  • I love your videos as they are very infomative. Your pace is great and I'm never left confused. I do only about 20 minutes maybe five days a week just to get the blood flowing and to keep up my energy. I find it's great becauseit doesn't increase my appetite or create stress on my joints. Keep it going I love it. =)

  • I´ll try it! I'm 27 and my weight is like 145 but worst, after i got pregnant i have this big loose belly. If i do these 10 mins exercises can i have my belly hard back?

  • I love that I can do this with my eyes closed and mind asleep:) Any exersize that lets you lie on the floor with your eyes closed is great.

  • when you started the leg lifting i was going along with you and i saw how far you could stretch your leg and i literally said "oh. my. god." outloud hahaha

  • Thanks so much! I am rehabbing from abdominal surgery and used to do Pilates. I was looking for a way to build up slowly again and your beginners "workout" is just the thing! These seem like preliminary positions for the full Pilates workout, it hurts in the abs, but no soreness the next day. Thanks again!

Ive never posted on any video on youtube before but I've been doing the beginners pilates, butt exercises 1 and 2, ballerina legs and the 10 minute pilates everyday and I love them!   • I have a shoulder impingement injury on my left side. Had quit exercising for some time and voila. On a scale of 1-10 for pain I would place it at a solid 9 (and I've had 3 children - broken bones etc.). Of course my initial reaction was to do LESS than the nothing I had already been doing - bad tactic. It only got worse. I found this feed and have been doing it for about a week, and can already see a difference. Thanks Erin! If you have any exercises for gentle arm work - Please share!

  • I really liked this video. I'm a student at college and I don't have very much time to spend working out. I need a fast and efficient work out that doesn't waste my time... and i have found it!

  • I got bad knees and lower back from ballet and they hurt in the winter time, but I can do this and I feel how it is starting to hurt less everytime, thanks!

  • pilates is just amazing! cardio is pretty boring... i did cardio in school 4 my PE gcse (my teacher forced my class do it... LOL we had no choice :P) so we had 2 do a lot of that for fitness and basketball... i must admit that wheni hated the fact that we had 2 do so much PE, but now when i look back, i think it was kind of cool hahaha :))

  • wow, that's a lot of working out. if you are working out that much you need to give yourself a break. take a day off!

  • hey erin i love your videos even though i just discovered them yesterday lol. it will be nice to have an exercise to do when i'm not walking home from work, which is a 1 to 2 mile walk uphill . the dr's tell me the stomach problems i've been having will be alot less severe if i lose weight, also they discovered my liver is yellow and that if i lose just lose 10% of my weight, it can get better so thanks for the exercise and inspirational videos .

  • Hi, I love your videos, they're simple and easy to follow, and I feel the burn without being in agony the next day! One thing I would like to ask, when you wear black trousers it's hard to see your leg position clearly sometimes, a lighter colour would be easier :-)

  • hi erin. i have a big problem. im a 12 yr. old girl whos about 103 pounds. i am a coupple centimeters over 5 feet. my stomac hangs over my jeans and i HATE IT!! i feel so fat. i try eating healthy but my friends have unhealthy food like soda and stuff and i know i shouldnt eat it but i do! i have really bad will power. i play soccer and do this weird dance class. each is once a week. i need to get rid of this big round belly!

  • awe! you're just where you should be for your age and height. soccer and dance are both very high energy, cardio activities. make sure you are exercising 6 days a week. also, you MUST STOP eating junk food. who cares what your friends are eating. if you want to be thin, trim, healthy and HOT you have to eat healthy snacks/food. good luck!!

    I ve just one little question.Some People say that is isn't god or helpfull if I'am doing a 10 min workout everyday. They say it is better doing a 30 min workout and that just twice a week. So is pilates better done 10 min every day or 30 min twice a week?

  • it's much better to do 30-60 minutes 2x a week, yes! we can't upload vids to youtube if they are longer than 10 minutes. so find a series that you like and make it at least 30 minutes! keep it up! erin

  • Thanks for the great 10 minute work out video! I was looking for a quick exercise fix this morning -- I was planning on doing my usual martial arts workout, but the energy just wasn't there. This was quick and easy and fun to do.

  • This workout is really good. Although I am far from flexible , for what I could do I feel I can work towards that. practice practice. who knew you could feel a difference in 10 minutes. My only problem was when I was lying on my back I tend to get a pain on the muscle that i would sit on but not so low down. my job involves sitting down non stop and feel the same pain then, biut maybe with losing weight and toning up it will help. fingers crossed. now i need to get serious. !!!

  • oh hon! all that will go away soon! don't you worry :) i have another workout called Rockin' Low Abdominals. you can try that one for toning your low abs. keep it up. you are a star!! xo, erin

  • is it normal for your lower back to feel sore after some workouts?

  • my low back was feeling sore after spinning yesterday! what you don't want is pain. if you are actually in pain, then don't do the workout or contact a trainer who can actually look at your form and make sure you are doing it correctly. make sure you aren't arching your back. during the ab exercises. practice slowly if you need to. & work up to quicker reps.

  • Thankyou so much!!! I want to tone up and get a leaner look with a flat tummy. I'm kinda thick and i weigh 120 lbs and im 5ft. do you think this could help me loose wieght in abut 5months?

  • this will help. but you need to ad weight training, interval training to shed fat. just look up interval training online and you'll find a good workout to add to your pilates!
