    I heard van god los first only a few days ago at the belgish version from SCALA´S on the rocks. wow! is belgish = dutch??? the language is really interesting, some english, german, sächsisch, a little bit french? I only understood half of the text, the video doesn´t said anything about it, so I was a little bit confused. hmm. greetings from the rainy and cold germany

    There's no such thing as "belgish". It's not a language and not an adjective either, it doesn't exist. It's a Belgian band, they sing in Flemish, which is the Belgian variant of Dutch. It's basically the same language, we use the same dictionaries and read the same literature but we have very different accents, different dialects and different uses of certain words.

    Flemish/Dutch is a Germanic language, so French influences are rather few and more recent.
