Hi, Good luck with the knees. I've had orthoscopy on my right knee three times now. First time was a torn meniscus and would never heal itself. Second was a small lump that had to be removed. Third was a "clean-up" of the meniscus. Also not self healable. Sometimes you have to go in there and do a "rebuild". Have a great day, Mel

yep your right,but my knees dont like the video.im trying to fix them myself with exercises,and it seems better,and i wont give up!
