I dont understand why yamasaki, hamada, endo and tanaka got scared over and over again too. They where part of the set-up right? Shouldnt they know what was going to happen?

@velovoiture They're in on it, as in they know the walls will be hit and everything, but I don't think they know when it'll happen, and that's what scares them combined with the overall creepy atmosphere and back story of the hotel.
