The platform will submerge completely under water. It only comes up when they're going to do the show, and even higher when they do maintenance on it.

I can't wait until it's released... well, until footage of it is released- living in Florida has a few disadvantages, i.e. no Disneyland. ^_^ But you get that everywhere besides California.
