I've never really "studied" - have just been self taught messing about on the piano for years. This particular piece took about a month from first hearing it to learning it by ear to playing it at full speed.

You know this is just really weird. First you comment me and then i look at your videos and then i find a fabulous version of Jeroen Sweers boogie shifting gears. Were you at the boogie festival in 2004? because i've got that dvd and the first is this one. This boogie is really great and you are performing it great!

hehe, nope I wasn't at the festival, but I've got the 2004 and 2005 DVD's, when I saw him play this at the beginning of the 2004 one I thought it was great, so another head down trying to figure out all the notes job! Cheers, Roddy.

You can't have sheet music for this stuff. Lead sheets maybe, but it'd be almost impossible to write note for note!!
