If you search "L4D Special Infected sound pack" you'll find a video of a pack for the special infected by SupaGoGoMan. In the description there's a link to download it.

Also just searching L4D sound pack in YouTube in general will find other sound packs so you can mix and match.

I THINK that as you can break the tongue of the smoker attacking someone else, you can do it to a smoker attacking you.

When it first attacks you, you have a few seconds to shoot the tongue so it breaks.

I'm not 100% sure though, I just flail when I get grabbed.

Looking at the video again, I think he broke out because CaptainCombatBear went out of sight for the smoker, probably enough for the AI to stop the tongue.

That's my only conclusion as of how it happend in the video.
