Off the top i reckon Franco or Nocan, espesh on a beat. They've got the ability to flow and ride a beat smoothly whilst coming with solid punchlines. MC's like juice, supernat and eyedea can also do this but are more good freestylers than actual battlers.

Cats like Saurus and Iron Solomon are still dope, but they just put too much emphasis on punchlines and mutli's for me (and Iron writes his shit).
