At 0:18 when you guys sit and deew sit on you your heels it makes things a lot more comfortable and when you deew, deew all the way that makes balance a lot better. You have to stretch your thigh muscles and your back for a better dance posture.

For the first song it's Neary Chea Chour but then the rest is Robam Jun Por :) I've been doing both those dances :)
