@killkenny5000 It's not that the textures were blurry, but that the N64 had a really small texture memory and to compensate they made it so that the N64 used this texture filtering technique which prevented pixelization of textures.
The cheat code for this game is easy to remember. At the Password Entry screen, enter QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ (fill it in with all Q) and it will say invalid password. But when you exit, you'll see the Debug Menu. This game was scary, but exciting.
they did'nt on the loading screens on the top right corner they still have the pentagram but I just realised you said 'some' pentagrams I get you now :-)

quake 64 is not as good as quake saturn
quake 64 has blurred texture and lack of character animation
quake saturn has all the levels and everything except its alittle slower but still almost as good as the PC

@SkedgySky thy why does DOOM 64-goldeneye-duke64-turok-and ALL OTHER FPS game on N64 had way better textures AND frame rate than quake and quake 2 64
