thanks!! the more flexy u get the easier u balance cos ur leg doesnt have resistance where ur have to focus on pulling ur leg so hard to get it near your head which could get u off balance. i use 2 b really horrible at balancing then i just kept stretching and practicing and it just got better over time
just do the skill on its own and that will get you to where u wanna be but make sure you master slipts left right and middle until you get to the stage u cant feel pain :)
