a very good plot plus a moral lesson..

An original storyline that spring from its culture and beliefs..it is incomparable to any western films when it comes to gore, blood and torture..the story has full of sense,things here are happening with reason..unlike to hostel, saw, martyrs etc.the story are sereotypical...the killings are done with such a dull reason...

saw this in Thailand two years ago. sometimes amateurish acting, but all lovers of gore should be delighted with this one (especially the blowtorch scene). if you like it raw and gory, this shouldn't disappoint you.

personally i thought hostel wasn't anything special...the violence wasn't even threatening lol the eye sequence made me laugh with it's fake ass prosthetics make up haha!

Martyr on the other hand has some scenes of violence that i will never forget...particularly halfway through the film when she stumbles upon a hidden stairway....also the building of tension & intensity was great. The plot was also original.

But the movie Naked Blood was similiar to this though. Both endings were kind of touching. Teacher in AOTD 2 uses black magic to kill the students, and scientist in NB uses a chemical to turn pain to pleasure, that ends up mutilating the girls.
