@Mistylovesrocklee I believe all the big ones do, but I know some really small ones don't. I'm not 100% sure though because I have only gone to 3 conventions in my life and have only watched anime for a year and a half now, so I'm still fairly new to all this stuff, but I hope that helps. =)

One of the best things is cosplaying and just taking pictures of ppl and having ppl take pictures of u (if ur cosplaying). It's awesome when u have a good costume too cuz I've had a few just give me random anime stuff just cuz I had a good costume,

@HumbleOtaku well for at sacanime where I entered mine I went to their website at sacanime.com and then you go to programming click amv contest and when they open it up you can enter your videos at to the bottom. Right now it's not open to enter videos but it will open up once it gets closer to the convention and all the rules are always out on that page. Hope that helps =)
