  • I have enough muscle to flex my lats but I can't seem to trigger a flex from them.

    Any help?

  • Its so hard for me to build up my legs im 511-6 foot 178 pounds 8% body fat still got to make my weight cut 165 im competing in about 3 weeks, my first bb show,,, does anyone have any advice for me i would appreciate it and the videos I have on my profile and pics are not up to date ill try to post some real soon?

  • @SuperACG remember on that side tricep to flex your deltoid hard... That's what I was told and it worked well!

  • im about 16 weeks from my first show. very good on the posing. but im not sure on how to do the relaxed side triceped.

  • You do the poses yeah...but HOW do you do them? Can't learn by just watching...maybe a tutorial on how to get certain muscles to stand out more. Biceps are easy...side tricep not so much...

  • Thank you for the compliment... Yes, I started as a figure skater so I have huge legs, that's why I took bodybuilding to get my upper body up to par.... I never stop learning how to pose been competing since 2000

    However, Most Muscular is one of the 8th Mandatory Poses

  • yes but they ask you for a most muscular after the mandatory poses so you could might aswell say it is a mandatory pose

  • arms flared to far out and look very "tense", not at all relaxed. I would suggest studying many of the great bodybuilders from the 70's to learn more about how to properly stand relaxed.
