He's hacking, I used the auto-play cheat before, and when he "spins" the spinner, when u see his bonus, they go up inhumanly fast. And don't say I'm wrong because I used this cheat for the last two song on Hard ROCK difficulty.

actually, you don't need all 300's but you can't miss any, or get any 50's.

Not really; the general rule is that you are allowed about 10% of the total notes to be 100s and 1% of the notes to be 50s. You are not allowed to miss any buttons, but you can miss dots on a long note and still get an S-rank.
