Sorry, mimzi8, but it isn't! That is definitely NOT Natalie Maines's voice. Being a DCX fan, I can tell you that for certain (it would be much better if it was, IMHO!). Do a search for the song + Deana Carter (sorry for the typo in her first name before) in a famous website beginning with "Amaz" and you'll find a sampler to listen to that matches the song in your video exactly.
