good question, I continued to work hard with rehabilitation. Relied heavily on friends and family. It was a struggle, but I did gain a valuable perspective on life; positive.
@TheTerrorUforgot I saw on your Channel that you appreciate the power of mental & physical discipline. Just like a real-life fighter; when I was trying to come out of my coma I had to draw on the discipline I learned when I was training as a competative swimmer. I was trapped in a wrecked up body; blind, mute, motionless, but I was alive. I wanted to scream out "Hey, I'm in here! I can hear & feel everything you are doing to me! I'm is so much pain...but I'm IN HERE." I could not make a sound.
I honestly didn't think about that, I knew that I possed the strength to eventually awaken, but I knew that I ultimately wasn't in control of that. Everything took time, so I had to be patient and not get too freaked out.
