  • seriously, what the other people said. Go lighter weight and work on your form and balance. The way you were doing things had a lot of strain on your body and the lack of breathing was damaging you eternally. Good work outs though got to admit.

  • DO NOT COPY THE FORM OF THESE KETTLEBELL LIFTS! PEOPLE ARE NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN THEY SAY USING THIS GUY'S FORM CAN GET YOU SERIOUSLY INJURED. However, the circuit is pretty decent, IF and only IF the you are using good form

  • If you go to my page you'll find some videos that may help you make simple corrections to your form to clean things up. As Dave said, the circuit is good and you're going in the right direction, you just need to tighten up your form so that you don't injure yourself.

  • Seriously...get some help or you and your clients will spend more time recovering from injury than training. If you don't understand how to use the implement (kettlebell) stick to other modalities. Nice circuit, though -- I think I might use it...

    Of course, I had to alter it:

    V ups, Clean & Press, Berpees with Kettlebells, Snatch, Push up, 1 arm swing.

    I used 15 reps, but 30 is a good number too. And repeated it 3 times. Wow! Try it!
