I got this in may 2008. Its from Ebay. They have not been in stores since 2004, that I know of. Try Ebay though.

this also reminds me of some old singing halloween heads they had back in about 1999 that were made by gemmy. i remember that they had a frankenstein one that sang "who can it be now."

It was simply called Frankenstein, out of a collection called freaky geeks. It was sold at Walmart.
