Of course, "Get Your Mind Right," doesn't fall in the category I mentioned. "Get Your Mind Right" is amongst the top 3 of my favorite songs that she has done. I like this video. It's a good and typical first.

From just a few of the comments I have notice that those who scream the most responding negatively to this song and video tend to prefer her songs that are more sexual, provocative, suggestive in nature. I noticed this when Ashanti was being interviewed by Steve Harvey. Though she has many songs that are off-the-hook on her NEW CD the Young peeps in the audience preferred the "nasty" one played. ive always been a nashay fan. but her career has just ended before it even started. The song is very very very MEDIOCRE and her team just did a terrible job marketing her. This video looks like an old 90's reject video and she doesnt even look unique. Like what the hell did they do to this girl? She has beautiful songs "turn you out", "my mama aint home" - but THIS? Can they get this girl a good single?
