Someone said that you missed out SLADE! Ha Ha. Surely Slade had only the veneer of Glam. They hung onto Marc Bolan's lurex tailcoat and where dragged into the glam scene, imitating Bolan's style and costume with their eyes fixed firmly on dollar bill signs. I always thought of Slade as the poor man's Beatles.
