Its a pretty good game, contrary to what AVGN thinks. The plot doesn't make much sense like the AVGN mentions, but the gameplay is pretty good.

The game is also 20 years old so what do you expect.

I bought it because I just couldn't wait one more day to visit Toys R Us for a better selection of NES games. Well, I should have. I tried Game Genie from day one and it didn't work. Ever. So, I got to level 4 without cheats after a year or two, but never beat the game.

very tough game, but a very cool game as well. Especially for me cause I was 7 when it came out and I was obsessed with the Simpsons in grade 2 (1991).

All I did was draw pictures of the Simpsons characters in Ms. Connor's class. Good times.

Dude, this game was made in 1991, so what the hell you expected from it? It was the first Simpson game ever made. Also, this game was a classic even with few flaws.

Those 3 games were classics:

- Bart vs. The Space Mutants (NES)

- Bart vs. the World (NES)

- Bart Simpson's Escape From Camp Deadly (Gameboy)
