  • handstand on bridges and cars is my proffesion;

my opinion: watch carefuly. it is one of the best existing tutorials.

train daily, train the impossible, and you ll get ahead.

( and: it might last years untill you get, where he is. progression is invissible to you, untill it is vissible to the others. )

  • sick

  • for extreme beginners take a wack at the crane pose. it's a yoga move that'll help you find your center of gravity and strengthen your forearms and core. once you figure that out it's a piece of cake, from my experience. ( i have the balance and coordination of a drunk baby...so that says a lot)

  • it was like a beautiful dance!

thank you so much now im training everyday!

    (i try, really :))

  • Thank you very much

  • thank you so much!

  • translation please ?

  • God! 1:06 is just amazing, how can I learn to do that? Do I need a lot of strength in my arms?

  • @WhiteDeath hell yeah haha

he bent his elbows, so after in order to get them back straight he has to lift up his whole body. That's a lot

  • @WhiteDeath i dnt think in ur arms

    rather in ur abdos

    just practise handstand everyday

im sure one day u'll be able to do it like he does

  • @MrGoomba972 Thanks man! :) Now I'm practising it every day, I hope someday i'll make it.

  • triceps, shoulders, and back. you need muscles for all 3 of those before you can even THINK about doing these ._.

  • Wielkie dzieki za filmik ;)

    10/5, przydal sie bardzo ;p

  • Beautiful

  • o0 fajny ten skok na końcu, bo tak to resztę trików mam nieźle opanowanych ;] Filmik ciekawy 5/5 oczywiście

  • omg i SUCK i just can;t find my sense of balance upsidedown.. btw do u have to be like ripped to do this?

  • You do have to be able to hold your weight in that position.. try it against a wall if you still fall go back to working out

  • @wmacscamp nope

  • @wmacscamp not ripped...just physically muscular for this.....more pronounced arm muscles:(

  • eso esta cabron.. erez mui bueno, solo qe no entiendo nada =C

  • 有没有人能帮助翻译成中文,汉字呢?

  • You are really really good, but I don't think that anyone is able to learn Handstand by a tutorial. You need to train a lot xD

    Świetny handstand 5/5.

  • Very good. "Muito bom" Im Braziliam =D

  • can you just translate this video? instead of doing another vid?

  • yeah just keep practicing. Its not going to be done first time :P the more you do it, the stronger your core muscles will get, to be able to control your balance.

  • i have been doing handstand exercises to strengthen my arms it work out great

  • from 1:09 actually

  • 1:15 yeah right! As if I can possible EVER do that!

  • wow!

  • Ok People, listen up.

I've recorded this video few years ago and now I'm all fat and lazy and stuff ;) I can still do this stuff but as I'm +20kg it's a little bit less "cool" etc... but! I'm still training, I'm still working out so I think I will try to do a new video with some more stuff about handstanding and... in english ;)

thing is it all depends on .. time. Not sure if I have enough to do this, but I can promise u that I will try...

  • i subscribed so i can see your new handstand vid you look very cute here by the way :p

  • I cant balance when i handstand i keep walking foreward i just cant keep still any advice?

  • @ajuneja

then lose weight as soon as you can, because this video was pretty cool (and it's gay to be fat and lazy and stuff)

it's a pity I didn't understand a single word of all the Polish stuff

  • @ajuneja Whats the name of this song?

  • @ajuneja 2 bad you became fatter nice video tbh!

Workout man its a way of life

  • Hi Arvind, I've seen your video today (linked from another website) and I was really awestrucked!! It's not only the perfect accomplishments of your movements. It's also the plainless of the video (in black-and-white and nearly slow motion) in combination with this very fine music.

It's one the most estethic video I've ever seen !!

I'd love to see more :-)) Of course it's a question of time.

But as your English is quite well, maybe it's at least possible to translate it?

    Thanks sabina

  • alright to anyone having trouble with handstands, i just got them like legit, so here's some tips.

**this is for the people who want to stand still but can only move around and stuff.**

when you go up into your handstand, put one leg forward and one leg back, but in 90 degree angles. like if you were to kneel on the ground with one knee, all right angles, except upside down in a handstand. try that position, and use the fingers/bottom of palms technique and practice, practice, practice.

  • i can do handstand, its pretty easy when u get used to it. i can keep standing or just walk around.

    wish u all luck!

  • yo do us all a favor.can u please put this in english cuz i have trouble balancing and im a bboy trying to get better.

  • please what is song?

  • wat?

  • This is a good tutorial but please change the language for others to understand.

  • Shut up you ignorant asshole, he will put this in any language he feels like.

  • can u put this in english..im trying to get more balance in my handstand for bboying

  • word same here

  • @BPAsian7 Same! thats exactly why im here, some sight reffered me to this.

  • i love handstands ,no way am i this good but i try .had surgery on my wrist years back and its still fucked but i do handstands from time to time for strength .would love to have this guys control .good video

  • Oh how beautiful, how authentic, how gorgeous you float up.............how envious and how inspired I am..........bravo.

  • im almost there at the handstand. i have been practicing with my brother.

  • arizonadrinker is gay p.s nice vid

  • whats the music for this>?

    its really trippy

  • oh i get my problem now i tried to use my muscles not my bones you know i tried with my arms bent but you suppose to lock them...

  • I almost got it until my legs fell to my back, that's hurt, serious, I may need some more pratise, this is awfully hurt

  • szacun

  • I like the music

  • i can do that blindfolded

  • AriZonaDrinker, i also can say my 80 year old grandmother can do a handstand blindfolded... is it a fact? can you do that blind folded or its just a lie to act 'cool'? no one will say u suck if u cant. so stfu and stop lying

  • you are a liar. your grandmother would roll over in her grave if she heard you talking this way. you should be ashamed.

  • you grandmother would... what fucking rights do u have to cruse my grandmother... fool, you shoud be ashamed of yourself...

  • nice that was really good.

  • This is wicked. I had to take 2 years off training due to first an adductor pull/strain from splits training, then getting nailed by a moving car walking across the road...This is all the exercises I used to do, and will do again. This video is pretty self explanatory for the english people who don't understand it.

    1) Start close to a wall, and establish core stability and cofidance to not need the wall.

    2) Progress and train sequentially and pragmatically as this video instructs.
