you guys normally do some pretty decent Spirit covers, but i gotta say this one is definitly not a song you want to attempt with a 3 piece band, and the riff is a bit off.

this song must have the jazzy piano part played up front. the guitar riff is kind of tricky and 2 guitars trying to play it is a mess. still a great song worthy of a better try. mechanical world might be a better one for your group. the fresh garbage really needs the strong keyboard player.

Fresh Garbage is one of my favorite songs by Spirit, one of my favorite bands. Highly recommend you check out the version by "Cinnimon Haze" on YouTube.

The first time I heard 'fresh garbage', was in a club called the 'Sportsmans Arms' Coventry, West Midlands, the band were called 'Money Jungle', that was circa 1973.
