    Good review.

  • BDF 454 IS BETTER AND STRONGER

  • Good uses for a Makita:

    : Wheel Chock

    : Out House Toy

    : Crack Scratcher

    : Bowling Pin

  • Excellent and informative review.

Thanks. That drill is a beauty.

    Chris, Boston, MA

  • Have you ever used a drill? Chucks gotta be tight bud.

  • this a downgraded version of the bdf454rfe. the bdf454 has a heavier duty all metal gear box.

  • forest gump and bill looks like he forced it on the bolt

  • Very nice demonstration and you prepared very will with your video, I hope I can do this also.... Very good!!

  • What is the difference between the BDF452RFE and BDF452HW, tha blue and white model. is the white model is made in China, while the blue model in Japan?

  • Bosch are the best!

  • @cheekymonkey69er

    Good call boss!

  • @cheekymonkey69er if you're using it to secure the deck on your float for the gay parade, then yes, bosch are the best.

  • Look at this guy-fuckin amateur.

  • u r the worst

  • can you ship to Australia?

    else,

anyone know where i can get one here in Australia, NSW, Sydney

  • isnt there any makita agents near you?

  • probably are, i'm just not looking hard enough

  • makita is a canadian brand, their might be an agent near you

  • makita is a japanese company.

makita tools and products are made all over the world

  • i have the very same drill,it is the best drill i have ever bought, much better than a dewalt or panasonic etc, etc.

  • Hopefully those 3.0 Ah batteries will last longer than the 1.5 Ah batteries do.

    This has become an epidemic.

    .

  • Nice video. This is a nice drill, at Toolstop we sell loads of them and our customer feedback is that they are very happy with the drill. The bhp452 is the combi drill version of this drill driver

  • visit makitadrill(.)com for all your makita needs

  • i own this drill and it kicks ass. This thing has enough power to snap your wrist

  • why do you not drop the hex adaptor all the way into the chuck, twice

  • These presenters are so amateurish.you can tell they dont have a clue what they are talking about.Probably never used a power tool in his life.

  • Bill from King of the Hill..

  • Makita vs Dewalt

  • Makita any day, so far advanced compared to Dewalt, Makita LXT range is all i use (BHP451 drill with Wera driver bits, LXT Jigsaw, LXT Circular saw)

  • my hitachi 14.4v drill puts 450 in lb.

  • Black and decker is a piece of shit.

  • c'mon, cheap china drills can do the stuff hes showin... if u wanna do a useful review drill through 2mm steel so that we can see what that drill is really made of. anyway im searchin through those drill reviews cuz i was wondering which among these brands is best, black & decker, dewalt or makita, for all i know, i usually find black & decker cheaper, we've had one for over 10 years now and still running fine

  • paper shuffler

  • WOW you are expensive!!! This drill sells at the large retailers for at least $65-$90 cheaper than the same stuff on your store's website....EVEN AFTER COUPON!!

  • yuppie

  • i believe it has 16 torque settings not 17.

    Good video though

  • You sound like the guy from leathermanstore

  • Never drive any screw in with the higher gear selection, more stress on the motor and it will burn out quicker! Use low gear for maximum torque!

  • I believe this drill is a 451 not a 452.

The 452 is the white one.

  • It is in fact the BDF452. The white one is the BDF452HW. The 451 is the bigger one with 560 in/lbs of torque and 3 speeds. This one is a new drill. Identical specs to the HW except for it's teal and comes with the 3.0 Ah batteries and a belt clip.
