Request: What is a blender eyeshadow and how do I use it?

Love the videos! I never feel like my shadows are blended very well. Even in my videos I can't tell. Maybe its my mature skin that makes mine look different than everyone elses. Glad to hear your mother is doing better.

@DRmakeupgirl Thanks so much for commenting. I appreciate it. I always felt like I was blending blending. In one of my new videos I need to show a blending brush that nobody would imagine to be a blending brush. It is an art brush and looks more like a stiff brush, but blends like a dream. I will show that in a new vid:) Maybe in my faves video coming up next week since I miss doing those for a few months now. I also am starting a tutorial only channel 2 announce on Sunday:)

What was the final brush that you used in this video? It had a very small tip that helped to apply the darker shadow in the corner of your eyes.

Anyways...I do the 'lazy way' all the time(your left eye)...it is basically foolproof. Add a little liner(shadow or cream)mascara and "POOF"--done!

I hope your mom gets better soon. I've been using a 'blending color' without even realizing forever - I have a cheap Claire's palette that has a huge amount of face powder that is a slightly darker tone than my skin, and I've been using that as the medium. Thanks for this. (:

You should try 'Kid' from MAC...it is a great blender color, too. It's so non-descript in the pan but it blends beautifully...I'm so glad to hear your mom is doing better. My husband had a blood clot after he had surgery to remove colon cancer and it was so scary. You're family is in my prayers<3

@313blonde Hi there. I use many different colors each time I generally switch. I think in this vid I had on Feria Starlet. I just put on Loreal Cream Excellence in Lightest Natural Blonde (cool) a few nights ago. Thank you so much. I used to get it done, but my friend has her own salon and after sitting there with her for hours I learned so much and realize I was paying too much. I also have started to go into sallys to mix. I have one to mix for the next time:) Thanks again!

I notice some of the girls have a little bit of redness in their faces. I've been seeing redness in my face too. Not sure why that is. Of course I realize the seasons have changed and it is really hot. I guess it is just makeup sweating off and going back to natural reddish face skin color.
