either you start sell'n high quality products now or pretty soon a major corporation is gona grab this idea by the balls.

in other words you cant sell this cut and paste version.....you have to produce (manufacture) your own gun, LCD, motion sensor, ect.

ur best bet is to

A.) sell this idea.

B.) get people who are willing to invest.

i'd go with option A if i were you, you be famous for creating it and youd have a pocketful of cash.

I would use a Wiimote over than cheap gyro mouse. Maybe that's just personal preference because I've worked with them a lot but it has a smaller profile, possibly better gyros, and its less of a cable you have to run. Negativly, it requires batteries or a ghetto power hookup and another USB slot for the bluetooth.

Still I think I'll use your idea and try it. Well done!

Games will need to start coming out with the option to have "head" look and "gun" look settings to control either independently. Then you have lcd glasses with head tracking and a gun with gun tracking. This is a huge step in the right direction though.

inbuilt buttons on the gun that allow you to move as if a if it were a keyboard or a controller if you like. The gun acts as a mouse not a Project Natal like movement.

It doesn't sense the actual motion, just its change in orientation. Rotating the gun only controls the aiming. He has to use the game-pad to move around.

One thing we are overlooking here is that LCD flat screen small tvs are expensive on their own. YOu would then need to sell your idea to a game company OR make your own game. Basically what you have here is an accessory that relies on a higher priced system and games. It is badass but i don't think an accessory should cost as much as a system. People would pay the price of a game for it max.
