I'd say it's pretty much the end of the decade. Some of those Minis are Mk2s with the thick grille surround and large rear lights. Is it from the same day as your other clip? One of the psychedelically painted ones has a n F-reg (1967-8) and I'm assuming it would be at least a couple of years old to get painted like that!!

I'm pretty sure this Mini Festival took place during 1967. Yes the psychedelic Summer full of love and flower power.
