  • Terrible clean form. You sacrifice form for weight. Catching it like that with all the weight riding on your wrists is a bad idea to say the least. You can pop your tendons like that. Not a good idea. Check your ego at the door.

  • Thanks man. My calves are very small compaired to the rest of my body. I think it might have something to do with my multiple leg and foot injuries that kept me off my feet, but it also might be because of the amount of cardio and biking I do...
