He is doing Dorian Yates' back workout routine. Smart choice and smart bodybuilder. In my opinion, Dennis Wolf is the best bodybuilder in Olympia stage today. He deserved a much better placing in 2008 and 2009 Mr Olympia. Congratulations Dennis, keep going, keep training, best.
dennis needs a lot of back work he has a lot of potential i want to see his back brought up more and his biceps need more peak can't wait to see his next show
The pullovers are placed in the beggining to pre-exhaust the lats. The lats are worked directly with the biceps being kept out of the movement. When you go onto the next movement like pulldowns, your lats can be fatigued without being limited by the biceps. I'd definitely make use of the pullovers if your lucky enough to have1, my gym doesn't.
hey guys, the exercise dennis does when the video starts, is that good for your back or how would you rate it among other back exercises. Is it a good mass builder, Im trying to get my v-taper better and Im really only doing heavy barbell rows, weighted pull ups, a couple other exercises. I have this machine thouhg at my gym similar to the one dennis is using, and I've only tried it once. Anyone who has used it before, gimmie some feedback, thanks

Gehe immer an deine absoluten Grenzen, du kannst in manchen Übungen bestimmt noch ein paar kilo draufpacken. Beim Kreuzheben u. Rudern könntest du noch etwas mehr ins Hohlkreuz gehen, so wird der untere Rücken noch besser belastet. Aber das weißt du sicherlich selber. ;)

Can someone tell me where the first exercise @ 0:20 is for? I'm using it and I feel it a tiny bit in the lats, chest but mostly in the triceps and abs. I push with my elbows, lower arms are relaxed.
Is that the right way, and which bodypart should you feel mostly? I think it feels pretty weird, which is actually why I AM using it.
