As a citizen who lives only minutes from Sugarland I can honestly say that this represents Sugarlandians very well. Representatives in town meetings regularly break out into song, city hall DOES have a professional recording studio, citizens are constantly playing the electric guitar by windmills, and they don't let hate stand in the way. No, thank you Mayor Wallace, you carried our dreams AND showed us the way.
