I'll help you. The blue is the first one you have to look at other tubes that they glow and follow the glow to it. You need to follow the glow to try and find the second large tube to unlock the door. If you can't find it, try and rotate the cube and find the glow to it and then you might find the second large tube to it. Then you have to do the same with the yellow and red but I can't help you with that because you skipped it.
