The reason that this is the best line in the movie is because it summarizes the meaning of the whole movie. Its about freedom. Unfortunately people sometimes forgo freedom for a little security. People don't recognize that they are gradually losing their freedoms for their perceived safety.
why do I get the feeling a lot of the people who watched this never saw the movie?...probably because it's older than most of the people that came to this video right?
This is a pretty good line especially because it's funny on a couple of levels (it's a satire of Communism), but it's not the best line. The best line is at the end. "There's only one thing I don't get. How do you use the three seashells?"
