Sriracha is AWESOME! IMO it is one of the most flavorful hot sauces out there. I use it on anything that could use a punch of flavor/heat. Its REALLY good on burgers with a little ketchup, and of course, you can't eat pho without it!

Its actually Thai seafood sauce, sort of like their Cocktail sauce but minus the over thickness and sweetness of American Euro versions, So to our palette it taste like a good flavor for any meat or soup dish. To describe it I would say an almost Shrimp flavored Wasabi sauce, with red chilly and other red bases thrown in.. Maybe a hint of oyster. I worked with Thai people and thats what I think.

Good on smoked fish, pizza, spaghetti, salad, breakfast meals...the list goes on. I left mine in the cupboard for 6+ months. It definitely add to the heat. They also make a really nice hot sauce in a small jar that has intense kick. Good in soups.

Real good video. May I suggest you rate it again after 3 minutes? Sriracha appears to heat up a bit a couple of minutes later and has a fantastic flavor to boot.
