I disagree with the Brother T in this video he's not making a generalization of black women. We put up with so much from black men, and it's a lot deeper issue within each person with the issue of someone not being who they are from jump. Our black community is effected by the media and what is protrayed in the music etc. I overall think that our young black men have become weak in their efforts (generally speaking).
The women of the black church never discuss inviting black men back to church. They gave up on black men. BW are becoming pastors (against the Bible) 100 times more than women of other races. BW are trying to replace their men not support their men. Black men are beginning to see black women as a threat, not a 'help meet'. BW are now ashamed of their status as rejected women.
Misconceptions by both parties, along side of media propaganda, self-worth and over self-importance have made this issue more of a big deal than it actually is. Black women are just like any other woman, Black men are just the same as any other man. The problems come in where we start fitting the archetypes to which the media over the years have produced and continue to perpetuate the generalizations set by said media. I find most black women to be supportive of their men and think it is more common the other way round. Black women support their men no matter what, at first at least. As was mentioned, many not all black young men want to become rap stars and play game consuls. I think today's generation doesn't push black men to become successful, as a result many black men are selfish and think that the women is suppose to support them even though they have limited ambitions and no back up plans.

I disagree with the Brother T in this video he's not making a generalization of black women. We put up with so much from black men, and it's a lot deeper issue within each person with the issue of someone not being who they are from jump. Our black community is effected by the media and what is protrayed in the music etc. I overall think that our young black men have become weak in their efforts (generally speaking).

Black women are just like any other woman, Black men are just the same as any other man. Since these things are lacking in our house holds, u therefore get a production of ill prepared females and males. Neither black women or men are perfect, we need to therefore work together to right our wrongs in stead of adding to them by bashing each other. The pastors whom our people have promoted as leaders with the blessing of our enemies, lack wisdom and understanding. For if any of them had such, our union would be strong today. They don't cry and are not moved by the sight of our people in poverty. They don't lose sleep over our brethrens who are wrongfully jailed and murdered. This is why they are only men of cloth instead of men of God.

What you read was his opinion, and I doubt that any of you can counsel a man who has been dealing with this all his life.
Black women need to stop generalizing and sterotyping black men, as that was and is a trait of white men. Black women don't have our support because they have become carnal. You may find more women in church, but their spirituality is superficial. Many black women have bought into the ideals of America without noticing that the black man is still being victimized here.

Black women are not only victimized by white men and white women, but also by their own men who call them bitches and hos. I find most black women to be supportive of their men and think it is more common the other way round. Black women support their men no matter what, at first at least. As was mentioned, many not all black young men want to become rap stars and play game consuls. I think today's generation doesn't push black men to become successful, as a result many black men are selfish and think that the women is suppose to support them even though they have limited ambitions and no back up plans.
